As a CBRE HVAC Engineer, this job will support a XYZ facility in (city, state) that requires an expert commercial HVAC technician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on building systems, equipment, and instruments. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems What You’ll Do • Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electrical, steam, and chilled water systems used for building HVAC/R systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components. • Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. • Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications. • Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
