Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HVAC systems, including but not limited to straight cool split systems, heat pump split systems, mini-splits, and rooftop packaged units . This role requires a hands-on approach to service. Must be able to troubleshoot proficiently and make sound decisions on the fly. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using tools. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. • Repair or replace defective components in HVAC units. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. • Adhere to safety protocols while working on equipment and at job sites. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. • Experience with equipment repair and appliance repair is highly desirable. • Ability to plumb new installations or repairs as needed. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
