HVAC Installation Manager

We’re currently seeking an HVAC Installation Manager to lead our internal and external installation teams. What You’ll Do As the HVAC Installation Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our residential installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, train, and mentor installation teams to deliver top-quality results. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the installation department, managing schedules, workloads, and priorities. • Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction. • Manage permitting and inspection processes for all applicable jobs. • Recruit, develop, and retain skilled installers who align with The Chill Brothers’ culture and values. • Conduct quality assurance checks and provide field support as needed. • Monitor performance metrics, identify process improvements, and implement best practices. • Partner with HR on employee development, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews. • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care. • Assist with planning, budgeting, and growth goals alongside senior leadership. • Manage fleet and field resources (vehicles, GPS, phones, tools, etc.) to ensure optimal utilization. • Promote safety and compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. What You Bring • 5+ years of HVAC leadership or supervisory experience in residential installation. • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, and zoning. • Deep understanding of local codes, permits, and industry best practices. • Excellent communication and people skills with a hands-on leadership style. • Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop team members. • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling tools. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to pass background and drug screening. Commercial HVAC Service Tech

TITLE: Commercial Service Technician Job Duties / General Requirements The Service Technician has required accreditations including EPA certification and generally has more than 3 years’ experience in the field of HVAC service and repair. The Service Technician II position is qualified and skilled in maintaining and servicing commercial grade HVAC equipment including but not limited to unitary products up to 50-ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers without supervision. • Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and/or VRF systems. Experience with Stultz and Liebert units a plus. • Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus. • Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. • Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files. • Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. • Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on-call rotation and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays. • Take an active role to ensure a level of customer satisfaction that is above and beyond customer expectations. • On a rotational basis, be available to work weekends and evenings for emergency service needs of our customers. • Must have a good driving record and possess a valid driver's license and EPA license. • Ability to frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
