Position Overview: The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential buildings. Key Responsibilities: • Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units. • Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues. • Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly. • Maintain accurate service records. • Additional General Maintenance Repairs (as needed)- Carpentry, painting, trash outs etc. Qualifications & Requirements: • High school diploma or GED (required) • Valid HVAC Certification (required) • 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred). • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
