Mechanical Designer-HVAC/R Systems

Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of HVAC/R products. This role involves creating detailed mechanical drawings, developing bills of materials, and supporting both standard and custom projects. The ideal candidate will have strong 3D CAD skills, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design HVAC/R products and components based on customer, sales, and project requirements. • Create detailed 2D and 3D assembly drawings for standard and custom cooling systems. • Develop and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOM) for manufacturing. • Prepare mechanical and piping models, assemblies, and detailed component designs. • Interpret sketches, physical samples, and verbal instructions to create drawings. • Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and customers to finalize design details. • Manage deadlines effectively to meet project schedules and internal targets.
