Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
