You take initiative, you are self-sufficient, and you are detail focused. About the role We are looking to add an HVAC Technician to our growing Maintenance Department. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the facility. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of all HVAC units. The technician will work closely with the facility maintenance team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, technical expertise, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This on-site position will directly support our Maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX facility. Essential Functions • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, boilers, chillers, pumps, and control systems. • Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. • Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues using appropriate tools and methods. • Monitor HVAC performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with other maintenance team members on broader facility operations and emergency repairs. • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all work activities.
