We are seeking a skilled and motivated Light Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in light commercial environments such as offices, retail spaces, and small facilities. Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration cases, and ice machines • Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections • Install new light commercial HVAC/R equipment per manufacturer and industry standards • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and work orders • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in light commercial HVAC/R service preferred • EPA Section 608 Certification required • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R principles, controls, and electrical systems • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Preferred Skills • Experience with commercial refrigeration, ice machines, and small rooftop package units • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and controls • Strong time management and self-motivation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour Benefits: • Company truck • Fuel card • Paid time off Work Location: Remote

This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment. • Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. • Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. • Must be willing and able to support any after hours building related activity as required. • Attend periodic training seminars. • Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Mobile Engineer role. • Candidate will be provided tools required to perform assigned work scope. Desired experience and technical skills Required • Universal EPA 608 Certification • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance. • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders. • Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required.
