The role you'll contribute: The Htg/AC Technician maintains air handling units, furnaces, conditioners and all related equipment. Installs and maintains related refrigeration equipment: ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, air conditioners, chillers and pneumatic air dryers. Installs and maintains pneumatic and electric thermostats, humidistats. Valves, dampers and controls. Installs and maintains air handling equipment, supply fans, return air fans, exhaust fans, fan coil units, humidifiers and furnaces. Does troubleshooting and repair of all the above items. Fabricates and installs sheet metal duct and stainless steel. Maintains all safety standards in regard to work activities. Communicates with manager and team regarding progress of work and activities continuously. The value you'll bring to the team: Facilitates preventive maintenance program on specific equipment. Response to all emergency on-call pages is within 30 minutes. Maintains all air filters in air handling units, furnaces, air conditioners and all related equipment. Installs and maintains related refrigeration equipment: ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, water coolers, air conditioners, chillers and pneumatic air dryers.
