Installs and maintains pneumatic and electric thermostats, humidistats. Valves, dampers and controls. Installs and maintains air handling equipment, supply fans, return air fans, exhaust fans, fan coil units, humidifiers and furnaces. Does troubleshooting and repair of all the above items. Fabricates and installs sheet metal duct and stainless steel. Maintains all safety standards in regard to work activities. Response to all emergency on-call pages is within 30 minutes. Maintains all air filters in air handling units, furnaces, air conditioners and all related equipment.
