Key Responsibilities: • Install HVAC systems (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems) according to company standards and local codes. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Ensure proper functioning of systems by testing equipment and making necessary adjustments. • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and customers to complete installations on schedule. • Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and materials used. • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation and maintenance. • Identify and report any potential issues or needed repairs to supervisors. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required. • 1–3 years of experience in HVAC installation preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including rooftops and crawl spaces. • *Willing to train the right individual.
