Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Technician As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: • Performing scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Servicing and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines. • Conducting routine preventative maintenance and recommending repairs to minimize downtime. • Troubleshooting and assessing commercial HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs. • Responding to emergency service requests promptly and professionally. • Providing observations on facility conditions and recommending enhancements or repairs. • Collaborating with dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources to ensure seamless operations. • Adhering to safety policies, procedures, and company standards. • Completing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. • Working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent customer service.
