As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive optimal comfort and efficiency from their HVAC systems. Responsibilities • Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units. • Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter. • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations. • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently. • Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used. Skills • Proficiency in HVAC/R installation techniques and equipment repair. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. • Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Familiarity with welding techniques for system installations or repairs. • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation related to HVAC systems. • Previous experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is desirable. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
