Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $65,000 - 75,000NEI Electric is a full service electrical contracting company with offices in White Bear Lake, MN and Eau Claire, WI. We are dedicated to providing our customers with personalized service and quality craftsmanship. Our customers include local and national businesses in healthcare, retail, industrial, food processing, and commercial markets.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the electrical industry and are looking to contribute to a growing company.This individual is responsible for making direct and indirect impacts on the NEI Electric brand. RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with coordination, writing, and production of proposals, qualifications, and presentationsManage, write, and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and company websiteCreate, design, and disseminate marketing material such as brochures, email blasts, newsletters, direct mailers, etc.Manage marketing lists, contacts, and reportsCoordinate and take new project photos and videos on jobsitesAttend industry eventsAssist with the planning and coordination of special events, such as trade shows, conferences, and holiday partiesOrder and maintain promotional items and marketing supplies inventoriesWork with agency partners for specialized marketing needsKEY REQUIREMENTS: Associates or bachelors degree in marketing or other relevant discipline required Some direct Marketing experience preferredPositive attitude and a team playerPerform additional assignments per supervisors directionNEI Electric is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive salary, a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, flexible spending plan, and PTO.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000 -75,000Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insuranceSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: In person, White Bear Lake. Overhead Electric Field Safety Representative - Minnesota & Wisconsin

About the position The Overhead Electric Field Safety Representative at InterCon Construction, Inc. is responsible for overseeing safety practices in assigned work areas, providing training and support to personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This part-time position may transition to full-time and requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe work environment in the utility construction industry. Responsibilities • Oversee assigned work areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations. , • Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to employees on safe work practices. , • Conduct safety inspections and follow-ups related to HSE activities. , • Serve as a contact for agency inspections and inquiries. , • Assist in investigating incidents, injuries, and near misses. , • Analyze workplace incident trends and frequencies in assigned work areas. , • Assist in developing and implementing preventative measures based on incident findings. , • Maintain HSE performance reporting data for assigned work area. , • Lead and facilitate training sessions on HSE performance and incident analysis. , • Monitor and ensure regular testing of safety equipment and tools. Requirements • Associates degree in safety science or related field preferred. , • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Journeyman Lineman or in overhead electric and safety training. , • Proficient in Microsoft Office. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Basic understanding of underground gas & electric distribution construction practices preferred. , • Knowledge of DOT and overhead electric tooling and equipment. , • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations. , • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record. Nice-to-haves • Experience in utility construction industry. , • Familiarity with safety training programs. , • Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.
