About the Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Apprentice to support electrical projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working alongside skilled professionals. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial as you contribute to various stages of electrical installations and maintenance. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment under supervision. • Pull, terminate, and test various types of wiring, including Cat5e, coax, and fiber. • Assist with the setup of antennas, conduit runs, and general job site preparation. • Manage materials, maintain inventory, and ensure the safe use of tools. • Adhere to project manager and foreman instructions to ensure project alignment. • Maintain a safe and efficient work pace within a commercial construction setting. Qualifications Required Skills • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Possession of a current and active Massachusetts Apprentice License. • OSHA 10 certification. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. • Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods. • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills • NA Certification or willingness to obtain it. • 1–2 years of experience in DAS, ERRCS, or general electrical work. • Prior experience in commercial construction projects.
