Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems, including fire alarms and low voltage systems. • Foster a positive team environment by working collaboratively with other technicians and office/scheduling staff • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and compliance with safety standards. • Perform field service tasks, including troubleshooting issues with alarm systems and providing effective solutions, communicating with managers and office team on follow ups for the customers etc. • Work with various hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently. • Maintain knowledge of the NFPA, Life Safety 101, and National Electrical Code (NEC) as it relates to Fire Alarm Systems. • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the company's quality standards and safety regulations.
