Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Must possess documented experience/training on various systems and controls. • Experience with Electrical and or HVAC equipment repair/maintenance is preferred. • Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 3-4 and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level 1-2. • Must be able to work without constant supervision, make reliable decisions, have good judgment, and have knowledge of safety procedures. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Good interpersonal skills required with strong communication and organization skills. • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
