Apprentices benefit from on-the-job learning, where they earn a Federal Posted competitive wage while gaining practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed journeyperson. Progressive hourly pay increases every six (6) months based on school performance. A minimum of six (6) months of electrical and / or construction experience. High School diploma (or equivalent). Electrical Engineer Job ID: 2508 Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt White River Technologies, Inc. is a small, high-tech company focused on research & development, testing, evaluation, and commercial support services for geophysical sensor and software technologies. Located in Lebanon, New Hampshire, our scientists and engineers are developing new technologies that utilize magnetic, electromagnetic, radar, acoustic and electro-optical sensing for defense, environmental, and energy applications. We are recognized as a national leader in explosive hazards detection and classification technology development and have a reputation for building innovative solutions to complex problems. We are seeking an electrical engineer to join our growing R&D team. The candidate will contribute technical expertise for the research, design, development and implementation of next generation sensor-related technology for remote characterization of environmental, military, and civil infrastructure applications. Responsibilities include prototyping systems and helping to design, fabricate, and test electrical hardware and embedded software systems that enable high quality geophysical sensor data acquisition and processing. Sensing hardware may include magnetic, electric, electromagnetic induction, ground penetrating radar, acoustic, and optical sensors. The successful candidate will perform various prototyping, signal and data acquisition/interface tasks, and electronic circuit designs. These designs include digital circuitry in the form of programmable microcontrollers and microprocessors, analog circuitry mainly in data acquisition and conditioning circuits, as well as fiber optic, copper, RF, and electromagnetic components. The candidate will apply knowledge of state-of-the-art electronics and embedded system design as well as processes. Platforms implementation may include manned and unmanned/robotic systems applied to terrestrial, airborne and marine surveys in support of environmental characterization and defense sensing systems activities. The successful applicant will have a desire to work both in the laboratory and outdoors in a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Design and fabrication of sensor and data acquisition platforms • Invent and prototype power electronics, mixed analog/digital designs, and integrated electronics • Perform system design and integration and document work in reports and manuals • Prepare work plans, reports, and proposals • Travel to field sites to test and evaluate custom and commercial geophysical sensors • Work as a member of a team and explore ways to improve our quality, better serve our clients, and innovate new solutions Education, Experience, and Skills • Bachelors, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related electronics field. • 1-10 years of experience with sensors, electronics, and/or embedded systems • Familiarity with microcontroller and C language programming • Knowledge of electronic design and assembly and PCB manufacturing • Experience with sensor data acquisition and/or mixed signals system design • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new technologies, positive team-oriented attitude, and flexible and perseverant work ethic Please submit all resumes and correspondences to jobs@whiterivertech.com and reference the Job ID in the subject line. Facilities Electrician II

About the position Responsibilities • Evaluate, maintain, and repair all electrical systems and related equipment for the pharmaceutical production facility. • Assist in the coordination and execution of facility electrical equipment improvement programs. • Provide input to the creation or revision of standard operating procedures relative to facilities equipment and/or systems. • Perform basic to intermediate maintenance and repair of the site electrical infrastructure. • Act as a secondary point of contact with electrical utility for technical matters, and primary contact in the absence of a senior Facilities Electrician. • Coordinate and monitor the activities of outside contract vendors relative to Facilities electrical projects. • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting and repair of facility electrical equipment and systems. • Oversee and direct vendor work for repair and maintenance of facility electrical infrastructure. • Perform daily checks on all electrical utility systems. • Initiate basic industrial electrical improvement projects to maintain facility electrical code and ensure safe operation of key manufacturing components. • Assist in the maintenance of plant program to protect industrial equipment during power outages, electrical surges, and brown-outs. • Lay out electrical conduit runs, pull wire, and make electrical connections using electrical schematics as needed. • Provide support to Facilities technicians in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and/or systems. • Complete assigned work orders and all paperwork in a GMP compliant manner. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required. • NH Journeyman License or the ability to obtain reciprocity for NH required. • NH Master Electrician License or the ability to obtain reciprocity for NH preferred.
