Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime. • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of electrical systems. • Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support manufacturing processes. • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. • Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed. Qualifications • Valid North Dakota Electrician license or reciprocal license on file with North Dakota. • OSHA10 REQUIRED • Minimum of 4 years experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical work. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, motors, PLCs, and related equipment. • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints. • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. • Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and company policies. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, and automation systems. • Ability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
