Master or Journeyman Electrician

Description In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Electrical Manager and based in our field operations in Williston, North Dakota, you will be an integral member of the Field Operations team. The Master or Journeyman Electrician is a highly experienced and technically proficient individual responsible for complex electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within NYDIG's mining infrastructure. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing advanced technical guidance and leading critical electrical projects. Responsibilities • Perform advanced electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications on power distribution systems, control panels, and industrial equipment. • Conduct complex troubleshooting of electrical faults, including high-voltage systems (where applicable and licensed). • Provide expert guidance and technical support to other electricians and engineering teams. • Lead the commissioning and testing of new electrical systems. • Ensure all electrical work adheres to the highest safety standards and NEC requirements. • Assist in the development of electrical designs and procedures. • Participate in root cause analysis for electrical failures. • Operate material handling equipment safely. • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. • Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
