Company truck provided Requirements • 3+ years in generator repair / Generac-certified preferred (or willing to become certified) Leadership experience with troubleshooting & team guidance Proven experience in lead generator technician and sales. • Strong understanding of electrical services is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Familiarity with Generac Warranty procedure. What You Will Do • Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures. • Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications. • Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise. • Interview inventors about new ideas. Who You Are • You have a strong background and experience in Electrical Engineering, more specifically semiconductor technology. • You have strong English and Korean language skills. • You have 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience (preferred). • You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. • You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office (preferred). The expected salary range for this position is $ $100,000 - $185,000. The salary offered will depend upon individual qualifications and experience.
