Lehigh Heavy Forge has an immediate need for an Electrical Repairman at our Bethlehem, PA facility. Electrical Repairman Responsibilities: • PLC and CNC ladder troubleshooting, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair • Use of oscilloscope and data loggers for analysis of control signals • Furnace maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair • Maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic systems • Reset, maintenance, and racking of last circuit breaker (250V DC, 4160V AC, 480V AC) • Troubleshooting of feeder circuits from last circuit breaker to equipment • Perform all lock-out/tag-out procedures as defined • Model and champion safety and compliance to all electrical codes Electrical Repairman Qualifications: • All applicants must be US citizens. Foreign nationals and green card holders are not eligible. • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. • 2 -5 years mechanical repair experience or 1-3 years with equivalent certification preferred. • Must pass Electrical Aptitude tests. • Successful candidates must successfully complete a physical examination and physical with a drug screen (hair sample).
