Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee electrical manufacturing and installation projects from concept through completion. This includes coordination between engineering, production, logistics, and customer teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical systems or power distribution, combined with proven project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate multiple manufacturing and installation projects concurrently. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. • Liaise between design, production, and field teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication. • Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. • Manage client expectations, RFIs, and change orders throughout project lifecycle. • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards (NEC / CSA). • Support continuous improvement initiatives within production and project delivery. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or electrical systems environment. • Strong understanding of power distribution, busway, or industrial electrical systems is an asset. • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
