Essential Functions • Order necessary materials and supplies for electrical installations and repairs. • Install and maintain electrical feeds for 120V, 240V, 208V, and 480V equipment. • Install and repair lighting, outlets, electrical panels, machines, and motors. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, including power failures, faulty wiring, and equipment malfunctions. • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. • Work with other maintenance team members to support facility operations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations. • Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE. • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Follow all health and safety regulations • Special projects as required Additional Functions • Actively role model all company environmental, health and safety standards. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Operations, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members. • Ability to work safety with a variety of cleaning supplies. Minimum Qualifications • Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required, depending on experience and location). • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a facility maintenance or industrial setting. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. • Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and control circuits. • Familiarity with NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
