Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role is required. • A Minimum of 5 years of Electrical service experience is required • Electrical Industry knowledge is required • Knowledge of the NEC Code • Proven experience in sales, activity planning, or similar position. • Demonstrated ability to deliver sales presentations and direct and motivate teams. • Knowledge of performance evaluation and sales metrics. • Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to consistently deliver high energy and positivity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Electrical Engineering Technician is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the SCADA system across all Edgewell Personal Care facilities. This role is essential in optimizing equipment performance to support operational excellence and business objectives. The technician will contribute to SCADA enhancements company-wide, ensuring systems operate efficiently, reliably, and securely. This role can be based at either our Ormond Beach, FL or Milford, CT locations ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with internal “customers” to discuss and document their business reporting and visualization requirements. Design and create custom business applications to collect, analyze and report data critical to plant operations. Develop reporting solutions by interfacing existing data repositories, extracting data, manipulating data, and displaying it for the computer users in a dashboard format. Analyze application performance and debug and/or repair, as necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and presentation). Able to work in a Team Environment. Must be a self-motivated and results driven employee. Be aware of and follow the Environmental Policy and EH&S work instructions/procedures that apply to the job. Perform every job safely, for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors, and for the protection of facilities. This includes the use of required personal protective equipment and use of safety equipment/devices, guarding, as well as safe work practices. Exposure to health risks or conditions that may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Broad capability and knowledge in Edgewell core process areas. Strong rapport across functional groups. The ability to work independently. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, OR a minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 8+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a high speed, cGMP environment. Proven experience in design, configuration, integration, and implementation of control systems, including PLC controllers, HMI/SCADA systems, and PC networking. Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming, including Ladder Logic and/or Structured Text. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and prints for installation and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with hardware installation, including wiring sensors, actuators, control panels, and automation components. Experience working on computer hardware systems and operating system software. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of basic manufacturing and automation principles. Inductive Automation Ignition experience is a plus. Python experience is plus SQL experience is a plus FDA regulated facility working knowledge and experience in cGMP is desired. The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $132,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
