Job Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will manage safety, quality, and efficiency for new residential electrical installation projects. They will oversee day-to-day installation activities across multiple crews and ensure timely and on-budget completion of projects. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day installation activities across multiple crews. Duties/Responsibilities: • Lead, monitor, motivate and oversee their team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. • Scheduling and assigning work to crews using the BOLT system. • Make sure productivity goals are met by crews. • Ensure work is being installed according to local and NEC codes. • Order materials as needed to complete the job. • Complete payroll tickets weekly for the crew. • Walk through job after completion and check for code compliance. • Assist with troubleshooting as necessary to meet home completion deadlines. • All other duties as assigned by management.
