Being a safety champ and making it home each day in one piece. What You Bring: A valid TDLR and a passion for electrical construction. Ability to lift heavy stuff (up to 40 lbs) and handle physical work—think standing, bending, crawling, reaching. A flexible, team-first attitude (we like working with people who like working with people). Willingness to work 40+ hours a week, with overtime as needed. A love for clean installs, a good day’s work, and a solid crew. The Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Occasional OT and variable schedules depending on the project. SERVICE TECHNICIAN- ELECTRIC

Job Summary: The Service Technician will perform Hot checks and service calls. Must be able to troubleshoot accurately and efficiently. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Ensuring homeowner calls are met in a timely manner • Complete all work at homeowners’ home in a neat and workmanlike manner. • Responsible for correcting any issues for homeowners that are listed on their work ticket. Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensuring timeliness of calls in regard to homeowner’s schedule. • Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc. • Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc. • Service Technicians will be required to be on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs. Required Skills/Abilities: • Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric. • Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. Education and Experience: • Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times. • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders. • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits. • Must be able to work in confined spaces • Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time. • Must have clean driving record.
