We have immediate opening for an experienced Electrical Superintendent with solid Industrial experience to oversee a large Industrial project in Vero Beach, FL. This full-time position will report to the Project Manager and requires extensive experience in the Electrical Trade, and at least 6-8 years in a supervisory role. This position will oversee a crew of 20. You must have thorough knowledge of the National Electric Code and its applications, solid leadership and communication skills. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee all electrical operations and crew onsite. • Coordinate manpower and quality control. • Schedule on-site personnel and production. • Generate weekly forecast to plan for material and manpower needs. • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with office personnel, general contractor and electrical inspector. • Attend weekly meetings with General Superintendent and Project Manager. • Material planning and procurement. • Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures. • Submit daily reports. (Software: Procore) • Submit weekly payroll hours. (Software: Procore) Skills Required: • Thorough knowledge of National Electric Code and its application. • Must be able to read and adhere to plans and specifications. • Must possess strong communication and leadership skills. • Must be able to problem solve. • Must have strong attention to detail. • Must have basic Computer Skills Qualifications: • An Active Electrical Journeyman License or Masters License preferred, but not required. • Industrial experience is a must. • Min of 6-8 years in a Superintendent/ Supervisory role. • Must have extensive knowledge of the Electrical Trade. • Must have valid drivers’ license with insurance acceptable history. • Must be able to pass a Drug screen.
