Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks. • Conduct tests using ammeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installations accurately. • Work with low voltage and high voltage systems as required. • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Qualifications • Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial settings is preferred. • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. • Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices. • Knowledge of frame carpentry is a plus but not required. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
