This Position reports to: Production Supervisor The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas This position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand. This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016. Your role and responsibilities: • Ability to install electrical wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors and programmable controllers. • Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, etc. • Diagnose and repair faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards. • Ability to diagnose and repair faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. • Ability to plan layout of wiring and install wiring, conduit and electrical apparatus in the building. • Ability to weld and fabricate. • Knowledge of boilers and chillers. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for the role: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience or and/or a state license, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • One year certificate from college or technical school and/or a state license. • Safety conscious, 5S driven, and recommends safety corrections immediately. • Produces excellent quality work. • Engaged to meet production goals regularly. • Participates in team initiatives yet self-motivated.
