Industrial Electrician Shifts Available: 1st Shift Pay: $38.00-$40.00 Benefits: Health, Dental, 401k and PTO Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our high-speed production systems running efficiently. You’ll work with blow mold equipment, conveyor systems, palletizers, strapping machines, and electrical systems throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, works well under pressure, and takes initiative in solving problems. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine preventive maintenance and document service activities • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including: • Conveyor systems • Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment • Compressors, chillers, and cooling towers • Install and repair electrical wiring, switches, lighting, and cable assemblies • Use testing equipment to measure voltage, current, resistance, and continuity • Maintain and calibrate control systems and industrial instruments • Read and adjust ladder logic; configure settings in VFDs, compressors, and fluid systems • Train production staff on equipment use and basic maintenance Qualifications • Strong skills in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems • Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals • Working knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic What We Offer • Stable first-shift schedule with weekends off • Clean, climate-controlled work environment • Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Marion, IN.
