System Upgrades and Modifications: Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance or meet new requirements, such as adding outlets or equipment. • Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, to ensure the safety of the work environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget. • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency. • Emergency Response: Provide on-call support for emergency electrical repairs, ensuring quick response and resolution of critical issues. #INDCITY3

Industrial Electrician - Full-time

Element provides an essential supply of recycled products to America's battery manufacturers to produce high quality, top performing batteries to power cars, trucks and forklifts, which are vital to keeping our country's supply chain running. We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment, focusing on troubleshooting and repair to maintain optimal performance and safety in our operations. Key responsibilities will include diagnosing issues with VFDs, PLCs, soft start equipment, motor starters, and motors up to 450 HP. The technician will also be responsible for lighting control systems and general machine and equipment repair.
