Job duties include, but not limited to: • Design and maintain shelter power distribution panels, lighting configurations, and electrical plans for shelters based on requirements. • Design and maintain environmental control units, power distribution units, and heater systems. • Design and maintain power distribution configurations for shelters. • Create cable assemblies and wire harnesses for shelter products and power distribution. • Set-up and conduct tests to determine the performance of environmental control units, heaters, and other systems. • Record, analyze, interpret, and communicate test data to improve or troubleshoot system designs and develop prototypes. • Review and maintain that all regulatory standards are met. • Create, edit, and maintain detailed drawings related to electrical design using AutoCAD and Inventor. • Create, edit, and maintain accurate bill of materials using the ERP system, Acumatica. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of related engineering experience. • Controls and communication bus experience • AutoCAD and Inventor or equivalent experience • HVAC controls and panel wiring experience is a plus • Effective oral and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve, work autonomously, prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines • Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided. • Ability to work on-site at the Celina, Ohio campus CELINA is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
