We are looking for an Industrial Electrician who will help us advance our electrical applications, systems, and facility. Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Electrician: We are promptly searching for an Industrial Electrician with experience, to be responsible for all electrical work performed in the plant and building maintenance. Daily Responsibilities • Responsible for preventative maintenance and overall repair of facility and grounds equipment. • Maintain the building wiring to ensure any new wiring is within compliance. Upgrade outdated or unsafe electrical installations across the plant. • Responsible for all electrical emergency & scheduled maintenance tasks across the plant. - Ensure projects are completed timely, correctly, safely and to the highest quality standard. • Comply with plant safety standards, MPs, current standard practices and all other plant rules, policies/procedures. • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to overtime coverage for plant operations and production. • Troubleshooting, installation, & repair of low & high voltage (single/three phase) industrial electrical & control systems for packaging lines, facilities & plant support equipment such as air compressors, boilers, pumps, water purification system, production plant & warehouse lighting. • Maintain a clean working environment upon completion of projects. Qualifications • At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Advanced skills or trades training preferred. • Must have previous electrical experience. • Strong mechanical background and general building maintenance experience • Good written and oral communication skills. • Must be able to read, interpret, & modify electrical prints and schematics & document all self-created changes. • Must be able to use electrical diagnostic equipment such as multi meters, oscilloscopes, etc. • Must have an understanding of electrical requirements for the task at hand. • Must have knowledge of Industry standard motion sensing & control devices. • Expert knowledge of DC & AC motors & drives • Expert knowledge of processors. • Well versed in ladder logic • Be computer literate & possess knowledge of industry standard PLC programming & HMI device. • Must have good attendance.
