Job Summary • Supervises electricians, apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects. • Interprets company policies to employees, enforcing safety regulations and proper care of tools and equipment. • Enforces and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards. • Completes other duties as directed by supervisor. • Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures. • Travel required. Qualifications • Valid State Electrical Journeyman License preferred. • 4 - 6 years’ recent commercial or industrial electrical experience. • Supervisory experience in an industrial electrical construction environment. • High School Diploma/GED. • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain. • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles. • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
