Chief Electrical Specialist

Job Opportunity: A dynamic and skilled Electrical Engineer is required to design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement electrical control systems and components that meet specific requirements, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. • Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish project goals. • Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and functionality of electrical systems. • Utilize software such as AutoCAD to create and interpret electrical schematics. • Program PLCs from scratch, preferably Allen Bradley and Siemens. • Implement process optimization methods, including Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban, to manage project flow. • Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the finance industry. • Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC, Allen Bradley, Siemens, MMI, HMI, and understanding of electrical schematics. • Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban methodologies, and problem-solving techniques. • Knowledge of relay logic and ladder logic. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
