Here are the primary responsibilities for this position: • You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring. Job Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for the Licensed Electrician position. • In possession of a valid, state approved Electrician license for a minimum of 2 years. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay and Benefits Pay will be discussed during the interview. Electrical Foreman

Description ELECTRICAL FOREMAN Kingsport, TN Summary: Under the direct supervision of the assigned General Foreman/Superintendent, the Electrical Foreman position provides supervisory support, direction for a team for specific projects or work to be completed, customer support and communication to ensure a coordinated and timely completion of work at the assigned location(s). The position will typically have craft employees reporting directly, responsibilities will vary depending on the work or project being executed, approve ordering of material, hiring needs for personnel needed, and constant cost control and work progress awareness to speak to any issues which occur. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Supervise individual craft employees assigned to the group for work performed in field. • Communicate safety and policy information to all assigned employees and assist in monitoring of employee activity to comply with Safety and quality standards. • Safely plan, layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment per NEC and customer specifications. • Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and codes. • Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wire is installed before installation of future walls, ceilings and floors. • Supervise all aspects of the Electrician's work and the work of Electrical helpers while completing work in the field. • Ensure all measures, cuts, bends, threads, assemblages and installed electrical conduit, safe use of tools, splices, stripping insulation from terminal leads, connection of wiring to power equipment, test continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components, are all safely and correctly executed. • Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and needs for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. • Perform other duties as necessary Minimum Qualifications • Read, understand, and analyze, drawings, reports, estimates, technical tests, rules, policies, procedures and instructions. • Write summaries, reports, and other necessary communications with proper format, punctuation, spelling and grammar. • Communicate clearly with client, vender and other contractor representation. • Must be knowledgeable concerning types and uses of materials, parts, and assemblies used in electrical construction throughout the plant. • Must be knowledgeable concerning use of all types of labor involved in electrical construction. • Must be knowledgeable concerning use of all tools, machines and other equipment involved in electrical construction. • Must be knowledgeable concerning the theory, principles and application of electrical systems and electrical construction. • Must be familiar with supervisory functions and principles of supervision.
