Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Carpenters & Apprentices located in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities include constructing, repairing, and installing frameworks and structures using both hand and power tools. The role also involves performing tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and ensuring quality workmanship according to project specifications. Teamwork and adherence to safety protocols are critical to the day-to-day tasks. Qualifications • Proficiency in Carpentry techniques 10 + years experience. • Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools for a variety of construction tasks. • Skills in metal Framing. • Ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality work. • Physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites, including lifting and handling materials. • OSHA certification or prior experience in a safety-conscious environment is a plus. • to apply for apprenticeship no prior experience needed.
