Offer competitive pay dependent on experience 2 weeks paid time off/year (accrual) Can begin redeeming at 6 months employment Responsibilities for Carpenter 2 -Perform basic through advanced carpentry tasks. -Work independently on jobs with minimal supervision. -Perform work in accordance with safety best practices -Own/Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition -Maintain thorough electronic timesheet records, and purchase receipts. -Efficiently and effectively take off and order materials (when necessary). -Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed -Frame walls, floors, ceilings and roofs as needed. -Accurately measure and mark materials for alterations Qualifications for Carpenter High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Resume or written work experience Minimum of 2-10 years of RESIDENTIAL carpentry experience and completion of an apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Must possess a valid driver's license Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills (in English) Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding Demonstrated advanced abilities to operate hand, air, and power tools Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Cell phone with texting and camera function required No smoking, drug or alcohol use at work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $37.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
