Demonstrates leadership skills and people management ability. Team oriented – works well, teaches, and directs apprentices and laborers. Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. CDL (license)(if applicable) should be listed on application and please provide a driving abstract with your application. Finish Carpenter

We are seeking a FINISHING CARPENTER to work in the greater Anacortes/Oak Harbor area. Job Description: - Knowledge and experience to install: • Trim and molding such as baseboards and crown molding. • Cabinets, build-ins, and bookshelves. • Windows, doors, window and door trim. • Applying decorative finishes such as stain and paint. • Performing detailed finish work. - Work with 1-3 other team members and occasional subcontractors Skills: - Use of hand and power tools: proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools: powered saws, hammer, tape measure, squares, etc. - Attention to detail: high level of precision. - Mathematics skills: understanding of measurements, dimensions, and calculations. - Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times. - Able to lift, move, and carry building materials (50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds occasionally) on various surfaces, slopes, and heights to complete installation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Experience: • Hand tools: 2 years (Required) • Trim carpentry: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Anacortes, WA 98221 (Required) Work Location: In person
