Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to building, flooring, drywall and tile work. This role requires a hands-on approach to transforming spaces while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties • Perform remodeling tasks including building structures, installing flooring, and laying tile. • Assemble fixtures according to specifications. • Occasionally building cabinets. • Conduct water damage restoration to restore affected areas. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. • Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary during the remodeling process. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications • Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields is preferred. • Strong skills in building, flooring installation, tile laying, framing and drywall. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in remodeling tasks. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential. This candidate will assist with the completion of a variety of landscape projects including but not limited to building decks, fences, and other outdoor structures such as pergolas and gazebos.
