Qualifications • Proven experience in painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Familiarity with construction estimating and project timelines. • Experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and fixture installation is preferred. • Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding is advantageous. • Ability to lift heavy materials as required by various tasks on-site. • Strong understanding of construction site practices including safety regulations. • Experience in woodworking, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly processes is a plus. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. • Basic plumbing and electrical experience can be beneficial but not mandatory.
