PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION: • Review and understand project management technology and documentation. • Establish rhythm for communication of what happened on the job site daily. • Have a toolset that enables you to perform a majority of tasks to a high standard. • Search for and anticipate difficult/complex situations and ask the "how" questions. • Maintain notes and information about the process to be added to the post-mortem. • Maintain record of work hours and ensure timesheets are cost-coded accurately.
