Job Details Job Location Puyallup - Puyallup, WA Salary Range $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly Description Location: Puyallup Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00 per hour WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The Precast Construction Carpenter is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. You will construct, erect, install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Reporting to our production supervisor, you'll work on a close-knit team; the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team is imperative. A highlight of your day-to-day may include: • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, returning all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing). Performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifying unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor. Advising supervisor of any issues after daily inspections of frameworks and/or forms are completed. • Assembling and fastening materials to make frameworks or forms. • Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings. • Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware. • Repairing or replacing damaged or defective parts or sections of structures. • Studying specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans, to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
