It is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage time wisely, prioritize, and multitask. Lead teams in carpentry, paint, drywall, trim, decks, framing, light roofing, repair, flooring installation, appliance installation, knowledge of electrical, plumbing. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and be able to assume a key leadership position within the company. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines is essential.
