Preferred Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience in new construction and remodeling. • Have experience holding folks accountable, assertively enforce policies and procedures, and solve problems. • Be comfortable talking to and fielding questions from clients, trade contractors, and co-workers. • Experience interpreting and carrying out work described in building plans and specifications or as directed by Site Leads. • Able to manage an online calendar, access and save files to a cloud-based file storage platform, operate web-based project management software, and employ email and text messages.
