Duties and Responsibilities: · Measure, mark, and arrange materials to establish layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors. · Cut and shape structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. · Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. · Confirm the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment, or framing squares; correct problems as needed. · Erect and dismantle scaffolding. · Install windows and doors. · Adhere to local building and safety codes and guidelines. · Establish that all work is being performed per contract documents, specifications, and provisions. · Ensure that all OSHA and company safety requirements are implemented and used properly. · Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
