Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter (Fence and Deck Installer) Are you a skilled and experienced carpenter? We are a reputable company based in Eugene, Oregon, seeking a talented Journeyman level Carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities: • Construct, install, and repair fences and decks according to project specifications • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accuracy • Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and achieve desired results • Operate and maintain various carpentry tools and equipment safely • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior carpenters when necessary • Drive company vehicle and tow trailers • Pickup materials as needed Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials with precision • Skilled in operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record We appreciate all applications, but only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
