Accurate records are maintained of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Staff, residents, and external vendors are served as points of contact regarding maintenance issues. The lifecycle of facility equipment is managed, including scheduling replacements and repairs. Building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, are inspected and maintained. Relationships with contractors are managed, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects. Safety programs are developed and implemented for the maintenance department, including emergency preparedness and hazard communication.
