Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Carpenter. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities • Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks • Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications • Participate in fabrication processes and assist with manufacturing needs • Conduct siding, and flooring installation with attention to detail • Manage water damage restoration projects, including mold remediation • Carry out cabinet installation, door hanging, caulking, and fixture installation • Assist with construction painting • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed • Perform heavy lifting as necessary to complete tasks efficiently Experience Candidates should have a solid background in the following areas: • Construction site experience with a focus on restoration industry practices • Proficiency in woodworking, masonry, drywall, and siding.
