Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to oversee and complete on-site construction projects, ensure efficiency, and lead a crew to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for quality workmanship. Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on the job site to foster a positive work environment and ensure smooth project execution. • Lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and other personnel. • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to design. • Prepare quotes for upcoming projects factoring in time, material, and labor costs. • Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA standards and company policies. • Track project progress, materials, and equipment usage, providing regular updates to the management. • Communicate effectively with owner, clients, team members, and vendors and the ability to resolve any issues with projects. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. • Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against established timelines. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, tools, materials, and safety practices. • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of general contracting estimating, project scheduling, and job management. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
