Responsibilities • Execute renovation projects by performing tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, painting, and finishing work with precision and efficiency. • Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely to complete construction tasks on time. • Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate project execaution. • Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and hardware components like door hanging and caulking. • Perform masonry work including concrete forming, finishing, and masonry repairs. • Engage in restoration activities such as masonry repairs, heavy equipment operation for demolition or site preparation. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of materials and tools. Skills • Must be able to hang, finish and paint drywall. • Experience with construction site operations including framing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring installation (tile & hardwood), plastering, caulking, masonry (concrete & brickwork), painting (construction painting), welding, fabrication, and remodeling. • Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws), heavy equipment (excavators or loaders), and specialized machinery relevant to renovation projects. • Knowledge of plumbing systems installation/repair and electrical wiring experience for various renovation needs, a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
