Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Helper/Construction Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various tasks related to building and remodeling projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Assist carpenters in the installation of doors, windows, and fixtures. • Support masonry work including stucco application and concrete forming. • Help with remodeling projects by preparing job sites and materials. • Participate in construction estimating by measuring and cutting materials as needed. • Aid in heavy lifting and transporting materials to and from job sites. • Assist with trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work performed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Experience • Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. • Familiarity with door hanging, masonry, stucco work, concrete forming, remodeling, fixture installation, heavy lifting, and trim carpentry is advantageous. • Ability to follow instructions from skilled carpenters and work collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
