Maintenance Technician-Carpenter Qualifications: • Have a valid driver's license • Lift up to 50 pounds • Work from ladders • Climb stairs • Stand or walk for long periods of time. • Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. • Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures. Minimum Work Experience: · 3 years’ experience in general maintenance · 3 years’ experience in one or more building trades Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
