We are currently looking for talented construction professionals to join our team in all phases of residential/ commercial remodeling. Both full time and part time positions are available. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of basic math skills. Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing and charts. Desired Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of building maintenance. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 years of carpentry experience with a reputable contractor is strongly desired but not required. Proficient in at least one of the following areas: heavy equipment operating (skid steer/ mini excavator), framing, drywall, plaster, light electrical and plumbing work, finish trim and cabinet installation, ceramic and stone tile, hardwood flooring, painting, siding. Ability to contribute as a team member to create a cooperative and positive work environment. Ability to work independently. Ability to problem solve. Attention to detail. Self starter.
